Class Policies


Registration

Registration is accepted over the phone with a credit card or in person
Class fees MUST BE PAID IN FULL at the time of registration. Class fees are for instruction only and do not include
materials required for class unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations

If class does not fill OR you cancel at least one week in advance, you will receive store credit.  Sorry, no credits can be given after one week before class.  Some classes have a minimum student requirement.  In this case we reserve the right to cancel the class and will refund your full class fee as store credit.

Supplies


Supply lists are provided at the time of your paid registration. If you register by phone a supply list can be emailed or mailed to you. Please read your supply lists.  We normally carry all of the required items in the store, but you will want to make sure you have all of your items prior to the day of class.  It is important that you arrive to class 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time as classes will start on time .  Should you be late, please set up your equipment and wait until the teacher gets to the point where he/she can catch you up to the rest of the class. 

 Additional Information pertaining to Classes

Students are required to bring a sewing machine and basic sewing supplies to each class.
Each student must have a LEGAL copy of the pattern or book.
If help is needed in the selection of class materials, please do so prior to class.
If you must bring a cell phone to class, please be considerate of others and put it on vibrate/silent prior to class.


You will receive 10% appreciation discount on class supplies purchased prior to and during class.
